Delete Your Parallel Account
If you wish to delete your account from Parallel, we’ve made the process straightforward and transparent.
You can submit a deletion request by emailing info@lorenztechnologies.com with the email address associated with your Parallel account. If the email is associated with a Parallel account, we will begin the account deletion process immediately.
Remember that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible process, and that a deleted account cannot be recovered.
In-app account deletion
Account Deletion can also be carried out in the Parallel app:
- Make sure you are logged into Parallel.
- Go to the “App Settings” by tapping on the top left icon.
- Choose the “Delete Account” option and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Confirm your decision to delete your account.
Data Deletion Details:
- Deleted Data: Upon confirming your account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Retained Data: Due to technical constraints, some data might remain in backups for a limited period. This data is inaccessible for regular operations and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
