If you wish to delete your account from Parallel, we’ve made the process straightforward and transparent.

You can submit a deletion request by emailing info@lorenztechnologies.com with the email address associated with your Parallel account. If the email is associated with a Parallel account, we will begin the account deletion process immediately.

Remember that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible process, and that a deleted account cannot be recovered.

  1. Make sure you are logged into Parallel.
  2. Go to the “App Settings” by tapping on the top left icon.
  3. Choose the “Delete Account” option and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Confirm your decision to delete your account.
