If you wish to delete your U1 account, we’ve made the process straightforward and transparent.

You can submit a deletion request by emailing info@lorenztechnologies.com with the email address associated with your U1 account. If the email is associated with a U1 account, we will begin the account deletion process immediately.

Remember that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible process, and that a deleted account and all related data including Timestream, Time capsules, and their content cannot be recovered.

In-app account deletion

Account Deletion can also be carried out in the U1 app:

We collect information that your provide directly to us, including:

1. Make sure you are logged into U1
2. Navigate to your profile page from the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap the top right-most icon to open the app settings menu page
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap ‘Delete Account’ and follow the on-screen instructions

Data Deletion Details:

• Deleted Data: Upon confirming your account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
  
• Retained Data: Due to technical constraints, some data might remain in backups for a limited period. This data is inaccessible for regular operations and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
